"I brought a lawn mower blade in and needed some explaining about it and my mower. My mower was old and i believe his name was Rick, He helped me and showed me everything i needed. Explained that i couldnt use 3 blades (opps) and which blades to use when. I will will certainly be back.

"I have a 2003 ST1300. I was having a front end wobble at 45 mph if my hands were not holding the handle bars very tightly. This started whrn the bike was a year old. I tried to have it fixed numerous times at another dealership. they kept telling me it was normal and OK. I even contacted Honda and their rep came out and said nothing could be done. The bike was in warranty. Britt Honda did research, discovered what the problem was and made the repairs. It has been two years and the front end has been perfect since. No wonnle of any kind at any speed.

"I came in on the 6-5-09 to have work done on my bike which was done in excellent time and the mechanic noticed another fault which he told me of and fixed that also , so i would like to thank the 2 guys involved, the mechanic and the service desk guy both knowledgeable to the other questions i asked , this is why i keep coming back to britt honda and always will , price and reliability .

"Clint and Jimmy treated me very well. There is a young kid in the service shop was very helpful and very knowledgable. I would reccomend Britt to anyone shopping for a bike and/or who needs good service.
They just started their rental program as well and Clint was very helpful getting my reservation processed. A Honda rental is by far a better optioon than the Harley rentals out there.

"I started looking for a touring bike to replace my cruiser last fall and looked at a number of manufacturers and models and finally decided that the Gold Wing was going to be the bike for me. There was only one problem and that was that I hadn’t been able to find a dealership in the Denver Metro area that allowed test rides unless you had already purchased a bike in which case they would let you ride the bike you purchased (how nice of them.) I went to Honda’s website and used their dealer locator to find a list of Honda dealerships in the area. I then started calling each one in turn. This was on a cold Saturday morning in February and the weather was calling for snow or freezing rain. What better conditions to test ride the ultimate touring bike? I ended up talking to Clint who said to come in and he’d get me hooked up for a test ride. Between the test ride and people at Britt’s I decided right then and there what I wanted and where I wanted it from. The next thing I know I’m sitting in the office signing all the paperwork to make me a Gold Wing owner and the in the next moment I riding out on my own Gold Wing. Between the test ride and taking possession of the bike was a lot of work and I got to deal with staff in every department and had an excellent experience with everyone I worked with. In my first couple days of ownership I already had put over 1,000 miles on the bike and hope to put many MANY more on the bike and will remain a Britt Powersports customer and have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle from a dealership that is 100% customer oriented."

"I was a drag racer for many years and decided to try something new. Naturally I thought I would try my hand at mx. I had ridden before but not anything crazy. The team at Britt has coached me and been a huge help through it all. I bought Clints old bike and Dave has helped me learn how to handle the power and get more confident on the track. "Motorcycles are new for me and I didn't know what I was really looking for. Chuck helped me find the right bike that I would feel comfortable with and meet my mpg requireemnts. He and Clint worked hard to get me financing that would fit my budget without paying ridiculous interest.
Everyone down in Parts was very helpful and friendly in assisting me with all the necessities.
I have not needed Service yet but they were very helpful when I bought my windshield so I could install it myself.
All in all I have had a great experience with Britt and have shared it with everyone.

"After a dreaded "tar snake" bit my VTX, Britt's service dept. did a PHENOMENAL job repairing the damage. Chris & Eric were awesome about keeping me informed when the factory sent two of the same part, and I had to wait for that "one more part" to arrive.

"I needed a snow plow for my Rubicon, and Britt gave me a great price and a flexible service time to put it all on. I had dealers give me a higher price and one even said there wasn't anything available for my machine! My hat's off to Chris Morgan, who actually did most of the work. He took my ATV off my truck, and that afternoon put it back on. He even gave my ride a quick wash, which it needed badly after having been stored in our barn for the last 5 months. I couldn't have asked for a more cooperative guy. Thanks for a great job!"

"I went to Britt for a Clymer's guide, though it was not in stock i had it ordered. One day later I showed up to get it and ran into an old friend that works sales. We chatted a little and I went on my way. A few weeks later I needed some info on an upcoming SRAC race at Lakewood so I called him up. Being that Britt is a shop built by racers for everyone that loves two wheels they had all the answers. Later that day my brother seized the engine on his 450, so I called Britt. The person I spoke with said they had plenty of work to do for the weekend but if he was serious about getting on the track for the race, they would make sure he was out there. Two days later he was on the track at practice. He only took four laps fresh out of the shop and his exhaust literally snapped at the header. This incident was completely unrelated to the previous service performed by Britt. By this time it was 1:00pm the day before race day. With all the shops around closing at 5:00pm we called Britt! They just happened to have a stock header laying around the shop and had the bike fixed in about a half an hour. No other shop would have taken that much time to get one bike done in one day but Britt did and long story short for the best customer service, the best technicians and a hell of a staff JUST CALL BRITT!

I had a interest to gear down my XR 650R for trail riding and your parts guy Dustin, quickly told me what the stock sprockets were for my year bike and then proceeded to give me options to choose from with Renthal and Moose Racing.
The interest was over and I was ready to buy!

"Britts" was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a bike. I had been looking for quite awhile before I moved out here, and I stoped at a few other places. None of the other dealerships I went to compared to the service and the sales crew there. I wil definatly be back for any other purchases in the future.

"I needed to get some tires put on my CBR 1100, and could not get this done after several attempts at places that specialize in "mount while you wait" They always had some lame excuse why they could not get them done even if I left the bike there all day and would not make an appt either. Aside from that the customer service was crap and they treat you like they are doing you a favor by being there. I happened to drive by your shop after showing up down the street at 8:45 a.m at a competitor who again gave me some lame excuse why it would take up to six hours to get some tires put on. Figured even if I had to make an appt at Britt, I would do so to get the tires finally put on, and they worked me in same day, even with a full shedule. I rolled out of there about an hour and a half later totally satisfied. Every person I came in contact with was super friendly, super knowledgeable and treated me like a customer that had seen them for years. They gained a loyal customer that day. It costed me a little bit more that Gran Prix, but the customer service was worth hundreds. I would recommend them for all things Honda. I have been to several dealers in Denver throughout the years and have NEVER had such a positive experience with any of them. Thanks again everyone at Britt. I look forward to doing business with you all in the future."
