About the owner:
Britt Powersports is owned and operated by Wayland Britt. The Britt family has lived in Denver/Parker Colorado since 1975. Settling in Parker in 1982, the family quickly took to riding motorcycles, and Wayland’s boys, Clint and Kyle would later turn pro in Motocross, racing all over Colorado and surrounding region. Wayland turned the wrenches and logged many road miles to races; and eventually began racing the Senior Class. With 40+ years riding experience, Wayland understands what it’s like to be on the consumer side of counter. When he had the opportunity came to purchase and run the small and dated Littleton Honda store, there was no hesitation.
Mission:
Our mission is to treat all fellow riders like gold. This may sound cliché but we assure it’s not. We can identify with the feeling of poor customer service at a motorcycle dealership, especially after having spent hard-earned pay on a bike(s) there. We strive to treat customers like family, helping them with questions until they are satisfied. We love this industry and will never forget where we came from. We challenge any customer, should they feel their experience did not meet this printed mission, to meet privately with Wayland Britt.
Vision:
Be the Powersport Dealer of choice in Denver. We want customers - current and prospective - to think of us first when they consider with whom they would prefer to do business. We strongly believe in our industry leading products in Honda and Sea-Doo, and with the combination of our customer service and rider support, we believe we can achieve this Vision. We aim to be a part of the Powersport community, including MX races, organized cruises, organized trail rides, water days, sport bike stunt events, Snowmobiles, and Kart races.
We want employees – both current and prospective – to understand that we are the best place to work. We intend to accomplish this by understanding clients’ needs better than anyone.
